Summer 2026 Events
We're happy to share the special events planned for you this summer at the Barns! There will be three summer concerts and the continuation of yoga classes. All summer events are underwritten by your Wesleyan Hills Association annual assessment. There are no additional charges for participating. It’s time to mark these dates on your calendar or add the Wesleyan Hills events calendars to your own!
Yoga at the Barns Pond at 6:15 PM
We have planned 7 free yoga sessions for you for all ages and abilities. The instructor will tailor each session based on the ability levels of the participants. You will be asked to sign a one-time waiver to join the sessions. Classes will be held on Tuesdays beginning on June 16th! Here are the rest of the dates: June 23, July 7, 14, 21, 28, August 4.
Summer Concert Series:
We are continuing our support of Middletown’s food banks at all our concerts. If you wish to participate, please bring 1 non-perishable item to each concert. Know that your generosity supported many families last year. Tall Man’s Homemade Ice Cream truck is back and will be serving at ALL concerts! 100 FREE ice cream tickets will be given out at each concert.
June 29 - Concert by Downtown 6 at 6-8 PM (Rain date June 30)
This local upbeat and energetic 6-member cover band is back by residents’ request! Check them out
on YouTube and their website. Besides performing songs through the decades, you’ll enjoy how they interact with the audience!
July 20 - Concert by Nightshift at 6-8 PM (Rain date August 3)
Nightshift is a 5-member cover band that performed for us last year. They play classic rock and the crowd thought their lead singer was fantastic! Check them out on YouTube and their website.
August 12 - Concert by Middletown Symphonic Band at 6-8 PM (Rain date August 13)
It is their 5th performance at the Barns and a crowd favorite! You will hear all genres of music played by 30 musicians! They reflect the richness of Middletown’s musical talent since 1979.
Come join your neighbors at these events! Bring your folding chair, blanket, and picnic basket to the concerts. Parking is limited so we encourage you to walk to these events. I hope to see you at our 2026 summer events. Let’s continue making memories!

Free Summer Concert Series: Downtown 6

Time: 6:00 - 8:00 PM
Downtown 6 returns this year for the Wesleyan Hills 2026 Concert Series!
The event will also feature a free Ice Cream Truck!
We will also be collecting non-perishables to be donated to local food charities, so if you could spare items for those in need, please consider bringing them with you!

Reserve Space
Wesleyan Hills' Barns are community spaces that are available for use by residents.
The Little Barn is a large meeting room that is open year round that can be utilized by residents for private uses during times when there are no rehearsals or weddings occurring.
